Breaking Cycles is our central umbrella, housing The Breaking Cycles Curriculum™—a comprehensive transformational system designed to help individuals, families, teams, and communities create lasting change.

Built on the Cycle Breaker Method™, our four integrated programs—Behavior Changer, Life Skill Rebuilder, Team Builder, and The Transformer—work together to help people identify unhealthy patterns, break generational cycles, rebuild essential life skills, strengthen relationships, and become transformational leaders.

Whether those patterns have been passed down through generations or developed through life experiences, trauma, or unhealthy choices, they do not have to define your future. Our curriculum empowers participants to recognize destructive cycles, replace them with healthy behaviors, and intentionally build a legacy worth passing on to the next generation.

Beneath the Breaking Cycles umbrella, each program provides a unique pathway for growth—emotionally, practically, spiritually, relationally, and professionally. Together, they create a complete journey of transformation that equips people not only to change their own lives but also to positively influence their families, workplaces, organizations, and communities.

The Breaking Cycles Curriculum is offered on-line and proudly housed at 4or Girls Retreat, where "girls" of bible study groups, professional work teams or besties can experience these transformational programs in a peaceful, restorative setting designed to encourage healing, learning, connection, and lasting change. Whether attending a retreat, workshop, certification training, or personal development experience, participants are immersed in an environment where transformation extends beyond the workshop and into everyday life.
